RoCase is an independent website offering website Gems, virtual case-opening features, collection tools, social features, and stocked digital item order workflows.

RoCase is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Effective August 1, 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RoCase, including the website, account system, Store, Gems, cases, slot-style entertainment features, collection tools, social features, and support services. By creating an account, accessing paid features, or using RoCase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use paid RoCase services. You may not use RoCase where its features are prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful in your location.

2. Independent service

RoCase is an independent website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. References to Roblox usernames, limited items, images, RAP, Value, or related information are used to describe compatible digital-item workflows and public inventory information. Roblox and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a verified RoCase security failure. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share accounts to evade restrictions or abuse promotions.

4. Roblox account linking

RoCase may allow optional linking or verification of a Roblox username or user ID. RoCase does not request your Roblox password, security cookie, two-factor code, browser extension, or account token. Linking does not give RoCase ownership of or control over your Roblox account.

5. Gems

Gems are a closed-loop virtual balance used only within RoCase. Gems are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, or a bank deposit. They have no guaranteed cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred outside features expressly offered by RoCase. Gem pricing, availability, and promotional bonuses may change before purchase.

6. Case openings and slot-style features

RoCase cases and slot-style features are digital entertainment systems using disclosed or displayed virtual balances and item pools. Results may be randomized. A prior result does not affect a future result unless expressly stated. RoCase does not guarantee profit, a specific item, or a return equal to the amount spent. Users must not treat these features as an investment or source of guaranteed income.

7. Website inventory and virtual items

Items shown in a RoCase website inventory may represent virtual website copies, F2P copies, or records connected to an order workflow. The interface will identify non-redeemable or F2P items where applicable. Website balances and website inventory records are not automatically equivalent to ownership of an item on Roblox.

8. Stocked limited orders

Some Store listings may represent stocked digital-item orders intended for later delivery through a supported workflow. Availability is limited and may change. A successful payment creates an order but does not guarantee instant delivery. Delivery may depend on account eligibility, platform restrictions, item availability, verification, hold periods, or other technical conditions outside RoCase's control.

If RoCase cannot fulfill a paid stocked-item order, RoCase may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method. You must provide accurate recipient information and cooperate with reasonable delivery verification.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. RoCase does not store full payment-card numbers. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if required, may be added or collected. You authorize RoCase and Stripe to process the amount shown at checkout.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the RoCase Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Digital goods that have been delivered and used are generally not refundable except where required by law or where RoCase confirms a billing or delivery error.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact RoCase support before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. RoCase may temporarily restrict an account while a chargeback, fraud report, or unauthorized-payment claim is reviewed. RoCase will not retaliate against a user for exercising lawful payment rights, but may remove benefits associated with a refunded or reversed transaction.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not exploit bugs, automate purchases without permission, manipulate results, evade limits, abuse promotions, harass users, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, launder funds, use stolen payment information, or use RoCase for fraud.

13. Social features and user content

You are responsible for profile content, messages, images, and other material you submit. You grant RoCase a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service. RoCase may remove content or restrict accounts for safety, moderation, legal, or operational reasons.

14. Service changes and availability

RoCase may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, item pools, balances, pricing, or integrations. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve paid entitlements, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, platform changes, or security incidents may affect availability.

15. Intellectual property

The RoCase name, original interface, code, and original branding are owned by the RoCase operator or licensed to RoCase. Third-party names, item images, trademarks, and data remain owned by their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers third-party intellectual property to you or to RoCase.

16. Suspension and termination

RoCase may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, or actions that threaten users or the service. Where practical, RoCase may provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

17. Disclaimers

RoCase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Public market data, RAP, Value, item images, inventory status, and third-party platform information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. RoCase does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoCase and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party platform actions, or loss caused by unauthorized account access not resulting from RoCase's failure to use reasonable security. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims and losses caused by your unlawful use of RoCase, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in West Virginia will have jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to these Terms

RoCase may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RoCase handles information when you use the website, create an account, link a Roblox profile, use social features, make a purchase, or contact support.

1. Information you provide

RoCase may collect your website username, password-derived authentication data, profile settings, Roblox username or user ID, messages, support requests, order recipient information, and content you choose to submit. Do not send Roblox passwords, security cookies, two-factor codes, or other sensitive platform credentials.

2. Purchase information

Stripe processes payment-card information. RoCase may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, billing email, refund status, and limited fraud-prevention signals. RoCase does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

3. Usage and technical information

RoCase, Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, and related infrastructure may process IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, page requests, security logs, error logs, authentication events, and approximate location derived from an IP address. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation.

4. Roblox-related information

If you link or verify a Roblox account, RoCase may store public username, display name, user ID, avatar URL, public limited inventory data, RAP, Value, item counts, and inventory snapshots. RoCase may periodically refresh public information to maintain portfolio graphs and order workflows.

5. Social and profile information

Profile content, friend and follow relationships, messages, activity, showcase selections, and public settings may be visible to other users according to your privacy settings. Do not publish information you want to remain private.

6. How information is used

RoCase uses information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, deliver Gems, manage orders, display profiles and inventories, provide support, moderate abuse, detect fraud, maintain graphs, improve performance, comply with law, and enforce policies.

7. Service providers

RoCase may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service. Current providers may include Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, GoDaddy for domain services, and Roblox public APIs for public account or inventory information.

8. Legal disclosures

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or defend legal claims.

9. Data retention

Account, order, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained as needed for service operation, tax and accounting obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Portfolio snapshots are compressed over time according to RoCase retention rules. Some records may remain in backups for a limited period.

10. Security

RoCase uses reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, server-side secrets, limited-access databases, webhook signature verification, and payment processing through Stripe. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Browser storage and cookies

RoCase uses essential browser storage for sign-in state, security, interface preferences, and feature settings. Stripe and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies during hosted checkout. Optional analytics should not be enabled without appropriate notice and consent.

12. Your choices

You may update profile settings, limit certain public profile information, unlink optional Roblox information where supported, or contact support to request account assistance. Some transaction records cannot be deleted immediately because RoCase may need to retain them for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

13. U.S. privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. RoCase may verify your identity before responding. RoCase does not sell personal information for money.

14. Children's privacy

Paid RoCase services are intended for adults age 18 and older. RoCase does not knowingly collect personal information from children through paid services. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information.

15. International users

RoCase is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate.

16. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect service, legal, or provider changes. The current effective date will appear at the top.

Refund Policy

This policy applies to direct purchases made through RoCase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

1. Gem purchases

Gem purchases are digital goods delivered automatically after Stripe confirms payment. A Gem purchase is generally final after the Gems have been credited and used. RoCase may approve a refund for a verified duplicate charge, failed delivery, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction, or confirmed technical error.

2. Unused Gems

You may request review of an unused Gem purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on transaction history, delivery status, use of the Gems, fraud checks, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, the corresponding Gems and benefits may be removed.

3. Stocked limited orders

A stocked-item order may be cancelled and refunded if RoCase cannot complete delivery, the item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, recipient information cannot be verified, or a technical issue prevents fulfillment. Once the correct item has been delivered and accepted, the order is generally final except for a verified RoCase error or rights required by law.

4. Pending and expired orders

Unpaid or abandoned checkouts may expire automatically. A payment that was not completed does not require a refund. If a completed payment remains pending because of a processing delay, contact support before opening a dispute.

5. Cases, slots, and virtual outcomes

Purchases or virtual balances used in case-opening or slot-style features are generally not refundable after a result has been generated. Randomized outcomes are not grounds for a refund unless the result was caused by a confirmed system error.

6. Unauthorized payments

Report suspected unauthorized payment activity promptly to support and to your payment provider. RoCase may restrict the affected account while the transaction is investigated.

7. Chargebacks

Contact support first when possible. Filing a chargeback may cause temporary restrictions while the dispute is reviewed. If a charge is reversed, RoCase may remove associated Gems, items, or benefits.

8. Processing time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control final posting time, which may take several business days.

9. How to request a refund

Email support@rocase.shop with your RoCase username, Stripe receipt or order ID, purchase date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or Roblox security credentials.
